We offer a 30-minute grace period. After that, late fees apply based on your rental agreement. If you need extra time, let us know in advance—we’ll do our best to work with you.

Yes, but they must be added as an additional driver. All additional drivers must meet the same requirements and provide valid ID and insurance information before the rental begins.

After you submit your intake form and choose a call time, we’ll verify your information, confirm your pickup or delivery preference, and approve your reservation. Once approved, you’ll receive access to our vehicle catalog and your rental invoice.

Payment is made after your reservation is approved. Once verified, you’ll receive an invoice that includes your rental fee and refundable security deposit.

Please return the vehicle with the same fuel level it had when you received it. If the fuel level is lower, a refueling fee will be applied.

Yes. Each rental comes with a mileage allowance, which we review during your verification call. Additional mileage is billed at the rate listed in your rental agreement.

You may cancel your reservation before your verification call at no cost. Once verified, cancellations may be subject to a fee depending on timing and vehicle preparation.

No, all vehicles are strictly non-smoking. A cleaning fee will apply if smoke or residue is detected.
